Chief of Staff to the CEO
Stefanie Russo, Chief of Staff to the CEO at SierraConstellation Partners, wears many hats, including goalkeeper, operator, implementer, integrator, proxy, and trusted advisor. Ms. Russo has been with the firm since its inception in 2013 and has experience working in various industries, including professional consulting services, executive search, health, wellness and fitness, consumer goods, and retail.
Prior to SCP, Stefanie was Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and regional leader of Conway MacKenzie, a restructuring and financial advisory firm to the middle-market. In that capacity, she was responsible for the day-to-day administrative aspects of regional operations. Ms. Russo’s prior work experience also includes serving as an Executive Assistant for C-Level executives at Heidrick and Struggles, Herbalife International, Mattel and DFS.
Stefanie is active in several Executive Assistant organizations as well as the notable Chief of Staff Association.
Marketing Director
Tammy Levine, Marketing Director at SierraConstellation Partners, is responsible for the firm’s marketing initiatives, including event planning and strategic marketing. Her industry experience includes legal and financial marketing.
Prior to SCP, Tammy was the Marketing Officer at 1st Century Bank, a community bank catering to small businesses and professionals on the Westside of Los Angeles. In that role, she was responsible for strategic marketing, including but not limited to organizing events, developing social media campaigns and drafting press releases. Ms. Levine’s prior experience also includes serving as the Marketing Manager at the Los Angeles-based family law firm Feinberg Mindel Brandt & Klein.
In 2019, Tammy received the M&A Advisor's Emerging Leader Award, which recognizes leading M&A, financial and turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success while still under the age of 40. She also received her Certification in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University, and is a Certified Key Performance Indicators Professional (CKPIP).
Tammy received her Bachelor of Art’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara where she studied Political Science.
Director
Rob Shenfeld, a Director of Project Management at SierraConstellation Partners, has over two decades of experience as a restructuring attorney and consultant advising and guiding public and private companies through growth initiatives and financial and organizational challenges during uncertain economic conditions. In his current role, Rob deploys his experience and skills working hand in hand with SCP consultants on projects to achieve client’s goals. His involvement on projects provides our clients with unique depth and perspective that differentiates SCP from other interim management firms.
Prior to joining SCP, Rob was a financial restructuring and bankruptcy attorney at several international law firms both in Los Angeles and New York where he developed broad experience in strategic advice, negotiation and documentation of complex in-court and out-of-court corporate restructuring and reorganization.
In 2021, Rob won the 15th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Award under the category of ‘Information Technology Deal of the Year’ for his work with Wave Computing.
Rob received his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
Human Resources Generalist
Heather Pergola, Human Resources Generalist at SierraConstellation Partners, is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and many other HR initiatives.
Heather joins us from an AmLaw firm, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Having worked mainly in the area of human resources for the legal industry, she is familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and team member lifecycle events. She is also experienced in partnering with managers, providing superior customer service, and upholding department operations at the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Heather earned her B.A. from Adelphi University in New York and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
In her free time, Heather likes to exercise, try new restaurants, and spend time with family and friends. She was a dancer for 12+ years across many different genres such as ballet, tap, jazz, modern, Hawaiian, flamenco, and Indian. Her most memorable performances were the Nutcracker with the Moscow Ballet and the Diwali festival performed at South Street Seaport in NYC. Like most others, she enjoys traveling and hopes to be able to go to Europe soon!
Senior Executive Assistant
Elizabeth Knapp, Senior Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Lynch, is responsible for administrative matters in SierraConstellation Partners’ Boston office. She has worked in multiple industries, including supply-chain services, cybersecurity, and medical device manufacturing.
Prior to SCP, Elizabeth was executive assistant to the CEO and leadership team of OnProcess Technology, Inc., specialists in post-sale value chain, digitizing and streamlining service and supply chain processes. In this role, she was responsible for the daily administrative aspects of the headquarter office and the requested requirements of the leadership team. Elizabeth’s prior work experience also includes serving as an executive assistant for C-Level executives at RSA, the Security Division of EMC in the Product and Corporate Marketing departments, and Boston Scientific Corporation, Inc., supporting Strategic Planning, Finance, Engineering, and Global Facilities and Security.
Executive Assistant
Jessica Recarey, an Executive Assistant at SCP, provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of Business Development, David Bitterman, as well as other team members as needed. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Recently, Jessica received her Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE). Earning a PACE certification enables one to demonstrate their depth of knowledge, expertise, and commitment and positions them as a highly credible professional who is serious about their career in the administrative field.
Before joining SCP, Jessica worked as an Assistant in the restaurant industry. In this capacity, she directly supported the CFO, and was responsible for planning and orchestrating events.
Jessica resides in sunny Los Angeles with her husband and three wonderful kids. She spends her free time supporting her kids at their sports events and finds fulfillment in the simple joys of spending time with family and friends while creating lasting memories together.
Vice President
Bettina Fang, Vice President of Finance at SierraConstellation Partners, is responsible for leading and developing the finance and accounting team. She has over a decade of experience and specializes in strategic finance and process improvement.
Most recently she was the Head of Finance and Accounting at Eurasia Group Ltd, an international political consulting and advisory firm. While in this role she successfully built-out and lead all aspects of financial operations including FP&A, treasury, general ledger, tax, and accounting operations. In addition, she has experience in implementing ERP systems, developing performance metrics and KPI’s, hedging, outsourcing and international operations.
She holds a BBA from Baruch College where she studied accounting and literature and is currently awaiting CPA licensure from NYS.
Bettina is a native New Yorker who resides in Brooklyn with her partner and two (adorable) cats. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, running, and reading sci-fi novels.
Staff Accountant
Reva Jones, Staff Accountant at SierraConstellation Partners, has over fifteen years of finance and accounting experience across a variety of industries and is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions at the firm.
Most recently, she worked as a consultant for Robert Half in their Salaried Professional Services division where she specialized in accounting, clean-up projects and process implementation and improvement. During her accounting career, she has gained experience in all aspects of the accounting function while working with companies ranging in size from small partnerships to multi-national corporations.
Reva holds a BA in Communications from Western Illinois University, and she studied Accounting at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, nearly earning a second complete Bachelor’s degree in the process. She is a CPA Candidate and plans to pursue her California licensure.
Born and raised in Illinois, Reva will always consider herself a Midwesterner. After having lived in the Midwest, the Rocky Mountains, and the desert Southwest, she currently resides in the Los Angeles area with her beloved dogs and cats. In her spare time, she enjoys working on crafts, reading, and watching football, specifically, the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs.
Finance & Accounting Associate
Tracey Sanchez is a Finance & Accounting Associate at SierraConstellation Partners. Tracey will be a critical member of the Finance and Accounting team and will be helping to drive near term budgeting and forecasts, the tracking and reporting of KPI’s, providing analysis to support decision-making and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives and policies.
Prior to SCP, Tracey held various accounting and finance internships and roles dealing with an array of responsibilities from budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accounts payable & receivable, billing, invoicing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
Tracy holds an MBA (Accounting & Management) & B.S. (Accounting) from SUNY Oswego. She enjoys baking, embroidery, and fostering kittens in her spare time.
